Sgt. George J. Cuchran is a certified child safety technician.  He has been certified through AAA and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). 

Citizens can contact CRPD Headquarters to set up an appointment with Officer Cuchran to learn how to properly install all of the different types of child restraint systems.
